We have developed a system for outdoor and indoor premises in factories where there is a risk of collision. The system works on the basis of vehicle and pedestrian detectors. It actively produces signals for the increased attention of participants to further avoid the risk of collision at critical points.
The modularity of the system enables adaptation to the complexity of the sections in the indoor and outdoor premises of factories and enables the adjustment of displayed images according to the needs and wishes of the client.

COPS@Factory uses telemetry to enable monitoring of traffic flow, speed, and the movement of employees and transport vehicles in high-risk zones. The collected data can be used to strengthen the safety culture among employees and optimize transport vehicle operations during periods when the presence of personnel in critical pathways is minimal.
Thanks to its modular design, the system can be adapted to specific requirements across indoor and outdoor areas of industrial facilities, including the customization of displayed warning messages according to customer needs.
In industrial environments such as production halls, corridors and transport routes, there are many locations where collisions between industrial vehicles (e.g., forklifts and transport carts) and pedestrians can occur.

A display unit with an integrated detector that warns forklift operators of pedestrians entering the transport route is mounted above the door or above/in front of the crossing. The display operates on multiple levels depending on the specific situation, such as a pedestrian approaching the door or the door opening.

The COPS@Factory system is easy to install and requires minimal intervention in the space. Solar power supply can also be used for outdoor locations. A site inspection is required prior to installation.
